Email signature generator
Create youremail signature
Create a practical Landcare email signature for Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, and mobile mail apps.
Before You Start
Keep signatures plain, readable, and text-first.
This is a design choice for maximum accessibility and compatibility across Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, mobile mail apps, light mode, dark mode, and printed copies.
- Landcare is for everyone. Signatures need to stay readable for people using different devices, settings, and assistive technology.
- Use real text instead of image-only information so contact details still work when images are blocked or stripped.
- Use only helpful details so every reply and forward stays light, usable, and easy to scan.
- Test before rollout because each email program can simplify, resize, recolour, or reformat signatures.
Email Signature Generator
Choose a brand, add the details you need, then copy the rendered signature into your email program.
Most fields are optional. If a field is blank, it will not appear in the generated signature. You can switch brand variants without losing the details you have entered during the current page session.
Copy and test
Choose the signature length, copy the rendered version, send a test email to yourself, then check desktop, mobile, light mode, and dark mode where possible. Use the HTML source only for managed signature tools.

Install In Your Email Program
Use the Copy rendered signature button first. If your email program strips formatting, use the plain-text copy as the fallback. Desktop and mobile email apps often treat signatures differently, so install and test the signature in every app you actively send from.
Outlook
Desktop or web
- Copy the rendered signature from this page.
- Open Outlook signature settings for your account.
- Create or edit a signature and paste the rendered signature into the editor.
- Choose whether it appears on new messages, replies, and forwards.
- Send a test email to yourself and check desktop and mobile views.
Mobile
- Open Outlook on the phone or tablet you send from.
- Open Settings, then find the Signature setting for the account.
- Paste the rendered signature if the app keeps the formatting.
- If formatting is simplified, paste the plain-text signature instead.
Apple Mail
Mac
- Copy the rendered signature from this page.
- Open Mail, then Mail Settings and Signatures.
- Create a signature for the right account and paste the rendered signature.
- Close and reopen the settings, then send a test email.
iPhone or iPad
- Use the plain-text signature for the most reliable result.
- Open Settings, Apps, Mail, then Signature.
- Paste the signature into the correct account signature field.
- Use Per Account if the device sends from more than one address.
Gmail
Computer
- Copy the rendered signature from this page.
- Open Gmail settings and find the signature section.
- Create or edit a signature, paste the rendered signature, and save changes.
- Send a test email to yourself and check the received version.
Mobile
- Check whether the Gmail app is using a mobile signature for the account.
- If it is, paste the plain-text signature into the mobile signature field.
- If you need the richer rendered signature, set it in Gmail on a computer and test what mobile sends.
Design Choices
The email signature is one small part of the wider Landcare Design System. It uses the same principles as the rest of the system: accessible information, controlled brand expression, consistent structure, and practical reuse across different tools and audiences.
Compatibility Across Email Apps
Email is not a normal web page. Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, mobile mail apps, and webmail can all treat pasted signatures differently. Some remove external stylesheets, change fonts, block images, alter colours in dark mode, or simplify HTML.
The signature therefore uses common fonts, inline styling, real text links, and a simple structure that has the best chance of surviving across devices.
Accessibility Is The Default
Landcare is for everyone. A text-first signature keeps names, roles, phone numbers, email addresses, website links, ABN or ARBN details, and campaign links available to screen readers, zoomed views, mobile users, keyboard users, and people printing the email.
The design avoids relying on logos, icons, or colour alone to carry important information.
Brand Expression Is Controlled
The signature uses approved brand colour where it helps recognition and link clarity, but it does not try to behave like a poster, flyer, or web banner.
The person, organisation, contact details, and useful links remain the priority. This keeps the brand present without making every email feel like a promotional artefact.
No Logo By Default
Logo files, badges, social icon rows, and image-heavy signature blocks often fail across email clients. They can be blocked, stripped, resized, or treated as remote images.
They also add weight to every message and can increase load on email servers. A logo-free default reduces friction while keeping the organisation name visible in real text.
Useful Details Only
Every reply and forward carries the signature with it. Long quotes, legal essays, large banners, and stale campaign promotions make email threads harder to read.
The generator includes optional fields so people can add useful details without forcing every organisation or role into the same long block.
Part Of The Larger System
This generator follows the same Landcare Design System approach used for documentation, print, web, and components.
Start with approved brand tokens, use consistent hierarchy, prioritise accessibility, and make local variation controlled rather than improvised.
Landcare Design System
The Landcare Design System is the shared source of truth for Landcare-branded design. It gives people approved tokens, components, templates, and guidance so websites, documents, campaigns, emails, and print materials feel connected.
Use it by choosing the right brand, using the supplied CSS or templates, and changing only approved local details.
